Mr. Chalphin entered the title insurance industry in 1943. In 1960, he founded Robert Chalphin Associates, Inc., which today is the oldest continuing title agency in Pennsylvania. He is now retired and living in Longboat Key, Florida.
Ronald Froggatt, August 7, 1933 - September 27, 2005
Ronald Froggatt entered the title insurance industry in 1952, and joined Robert Chalphin Associates in 1964. After becoming partner in the firm in 1972, he served as President from 1979 to 2000, and was named Chairman of the Board in 2001. Mr. Froggatt served on the Executive Committee of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association from 1980 to 1996 and as Chairman of the membership committee from 1995 to 1999. He was the 1999 recipient of the James G. Schmidt Distinguished Service Award from the Pennsylvania Land Title Association. He also served on the board of various community banks from 1978 to 2003. He is a Director and past Chairman of the Centennial Education Foundation, former Chairman and member of the Centennial Joint School Board Authority and past President of the Southampton Kiwanis Club
Mark Chalphin, CLTP, President
Mark Chalphin joined Robert Chalphin Associates in 1975, and was named President in 2001. He is the former President of the West Norriton Township Board of Commissioners, and served as Founding Chairman of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association's Technology Committee. Mr. Chalphin also served as President of the Montgomery County Cultural Center, and serves on the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and as Chairman of the Political Action Committee of the Home Builders Association of Bucks/Montgomery Counties. He is also a member of the Tristate Association of Industrial and Commercial Realtors.
Scott Froggatt,ALTP, Executive Vice
President
Scott W. Froggatt joined Robert Chalphin Associates in 1981, and was named Executive Vice President in 2001. Honorably discharged as a Captain, Infrantry, fro the United States Army Reserve, Mr, Froggatt is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute three-year course of study. He is the Chairman of the Membership Committee, and serves on other various committees for the Pennsylvania Land Title Association. Mr. Froggatt is also a member of the Association of Title Examiners, the Bucks County Board of Realtors, and the American Legion, and is on the Board of Trustees of Huntington Valley Bank.
Keith Froggatt, Senior Vice President
Keith Froggatt joined Robert Chalphin Associates in 1986. He was named Vice President ion 1989, and Senior Vice President in 2001. Mr. Froggatt is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute three-year course of study. In 1997, he was elected to the Board of Supervisors of Upper Southampton Township, Bucks County. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Title Examiners and of the Board of Directors of the Southampton Heritage Trust, and is former President of the Kiwanis Club of Southampton.
Hope J. Hammer, Esquire
Hope Hammer joined Robert Chalphin Associates in 2003. Prior to joining, Ms. Hammer was a partner in the real estate department of the law firm of Duane Morris, LLP. Her practice focused on commercial and residential real estate development and financing, structuring and creating homeowner's association governance regimes for planned communities, commercial leasing, and zoning. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Montgomery County Bar Association, where she is a member of the Real Estate Committee and the Women in the Law Committee. Ms. Hammer is also a member of the Home Builders Association of Bucks/Montgomery Counties and serves on the Political Action Committee.
